Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Day Since application ("App") provided by Artificial Base ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   You confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you accept and will comply with these Terms.
2. Use of the App
   The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You must follow any posted rules or policies. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
3. Accounts and Security
   Where the App requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Do not store or publish secret keys, credentials, or other sensitive information in public repositories.
4. Intellectual Property
   All content, features, and functionality of the App (including design, text, graphics, and code) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
5. User Content
   If you submit content (feedback, comments, data), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content to provide and improve the App. You represent and warrant you have rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
6. Third-Party Services and APIs
   The App may integrate with third-party services and APIs. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services. Do not commit API keys or credentials into the codebase; store them securely (for example, in environment variables or a secrets manager).
7. Prohibited Conduct
   You agree not to:
   • Use the App for unlawful purposes.
   • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
   • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers.
   • Bypass restrictions or security features.
8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers
   The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (or USD 100 if you paid nothing).
11. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
12. Termination
    We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends.
13. Changes to Terms
    We may modify these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Slovakia.
