This Privacy Policy describes how "Day Since" (the "App", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

• Information you provide:
  • Habit names, descriptions, colors and settings you enter into the app (stored locally).
  • Contact or support messages if you send them.
• Purchase & billing info:
  • We use the Purchases / RevenueCat SDK to manage in‑app purchases. We do not receive your full payment method details — billing is handled by the app stores and/or RevenueCat.
• Automatic / device data:
  • Device model, OS version, app version and other technical data needed to operate and improve the App.
  • Usage data (features used, errors/crashes, performance metrics) for diagnostics and analytics.
• No account required:
  • The App primarily stores user data locally unless you choose to export or share it.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
• Process purchases and restore subscriptions via RevenueCat / Purchases SDK.
• Improve user experience, debug issues and analyze usage.
• Send important notices (e.g., changes to terms, billing issues) if you provide contact info.

3. Third-Party Services

• Purchases / RevenueCat: We integrate with the Purchases SDK. RevenueCat may collect and store purchase-related data as described in their privacy documentation.

4. Storage & Retention

• Local storage: Habit data is stored on the device. Backups may be controlled by the OS (e.g., iCloud/Google Drive) depending on user settings.
• We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

5. Security

• We take reasonable measures to protect data stored and transmitted by the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Children

• The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us to request deletion.

7. Changes to This Policy

• We may update this Privacy Policy. If changes are significant, we will provide notice in the App or by the contact method you provided. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
